Kristen is a CADC III and licensed nurse with a master’s degree in legal studies She is also a passionate advocate for patients. She is committed to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care, and she is always looking for ways to improve the quality assurance process.

K & L Story

Kristen Leary and Liz Green are a mother-daughter team who have built their careers in the field of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.

Kristen is a CADC III, licensed nurse, and certified interventionist with a master's degree in legal studies. She started her career as a nurse in chemical dependency over a decade ago and has since worked in many roles in SUD, including CEO and co-owner of five successful licensed, certified, and accredited treatment centers.

Liz is a certified biller/coder and certified interventionist. She started her career in SUD as a bookkeeper and worked her way up to CFO and co-owner of the same five successful treatment centers.

Together, they have a wealth of experience and expertise in the field. They are passionate about helping Behavioral Health facilities, and they are committed to providing the highest quality of services.
